        ii. writeback to calc. cells
        iii. no writeback for ASO cubes
        iv. no 'what-if' temporary writeback
  • Because it does more pre-calcs it can suffer from data explosion which results in it being slower to process than Analysis Services; although the new ASO cubes have largely dealt with the data explosion problem
